2018 Ballot Measure 1: Salmon Initiative

As part of Alaska Common Ground’s long standing public forums around ballot initiatives, this event featured a panel discussion around 2018’s Ballot Measure 1: An act providing for the protection of wild salmon and fish and wildlife habitat. You can read summary language for the initiative here.

ACG Board member Dick Mylius provided an overview of the existing law as well as what the ballot measure would change. You can see his slides here.
